Forget about trekking to the theater for your movie fix and head to Market Square Park for a free outdoor screening of Some Like It Hot (PG). After witnessing a Mafia murder, slick saxophone player Joe (Tony Curtis) and his long-suffering buddy, Jerry (Jack Lemmon), improvise a quick plan to escape from Chicago with their lives. Disguising themselves as women, they join an all-female jazz band and hop a train bound for sunny Florida. While Joe pretends to be a millionaire to win the band's sexy singer, Sugar (Marilyn Monroe), Jerry finds himself pursued by a real millionaire (Joe E. Brown) as things heat up and the mobsters close in.

Lawn chairs and blankets are highly recommended. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Outside alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the park; however, beer and wine are sold at Niko Niko's on-site along with delicious Greek and American food.

Money Chicha is an Austin-based group featuring members of the Grammy-award winning Latin orchestra, Grupo Fantasma, and Brownout. Inspired by the sounds of Peru and Columbia in the ‘60s and ‘70s, their musical style is percussion-heavy and reverb-drenched. Get ready to move and groove when Money Chicha make their Downtown debut at Market Square Park!

Mia Borders is a singer-songwriter from New Orleans, Louisiana who mixes soul, funk, R&B and electronic music to create a "lusciously sly and sultry" sound. Borders has performed everywhere from Essence Festival and Santa Cruz Blues Fest to Brazil’s Bourbon Street Music Festival and The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.
